3. Subscription-Based Services
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Service remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds available within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rated amount, minus any usage fees.
- Free Trials: No charges during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
4. Consulting Services
4.1 Cancellation
Consulting engagements may be cancelled with written notice:
- More than 14 days before start date: Full refund of any advance payment
- 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund of advance payment
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund available
4.2 Ongoing Projects
For ongoing consulting projects, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including work in progress.
5. Training Programs
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before training: Full refund
- 15-29 days before training: 75% refund
- 7-14 days before training: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but you may transfer to another session
5.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
6. Custom Development Projects
6.1 Project Cancellation
Custom development projects operate under milestone-based agreements. Cancellation terms include:
- Payment for all completed milestones
- Payment for work in progress on current milestone (pro-rated)
- No refund for completed and accepted milestones
- Intellectual property rights transfer only for paid milestones
7. Refund Process
7.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request via email to billing@damuk.in
- Include your order/invoice number and reason for refund
- Our team will review within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
7.2 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days for credit cards, 10-15 days for bank transfers).
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Customization or configuration fees
- Third-party license fees or integrations
- Completed and delivered services
- Downloaded software or digital products (unless defective)
- Services consumed or used in any way
9. Service Level Issues
If you experience service interruptions or performance issues that breach our Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for service credits or refunds as outlined in your specific service agreement.
10. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our billing department at billing@damuk.in within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
11. Force Majeure
DAMUK Innovations is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
12. Changes to This Policy
DAMUK Innovations reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
